A welcoming main entrance, framed by a finely carved pietra leccese stone portal, opens onto the historic center. Beyond the archway lies a charming inner courtyard, featuring stone paving and an atmosphere that evokes the history and tradition of the palace. Mediterranean plants and ancient architectural details contribute to creating an elegant and tranquil environment.

From the courtyard rises a majestic stone staircase, typical of noble residences of the time. As you ascend, you can admire well-preserved period frescoes and hand-forged wrought iron railings, adding an artistic touch to the path.

Piano Nobile (Main Floor)
The piano nobile is the heart of the palace. Here, you’ll find spacious and bright salons, decorated with vaulted ceilings and original stuccoes. Period furnishings and large windows offer breathtaking views over the narrow streets of the historic center and the sea. Each room tells the story of the De Pace family, who reside in the palace, blending historical elements with modern comfort.

The first floor, reserved for the family, is adorned with frescoes and paintings of religious and natural themes, attributed to the painters Niccolò and Carlo Malinconico, as well as magnificent door frames and an elegant internal loggia. The family ensures a pleasant and comfortable stay for tourists visiting their B&B in Gallipoli, welcoming guests once a week for a guided visit to the residential floor.

B&B Rooms
The bed & breakfast rooms have been carefully restored to preserve the authenticity of the palace while incorporating a contemporary touch. The rooms are tastefully and elegantly furnished, with antique furniture, comfortable beds, and refined details. Some rooms offer private balconies with spectacular views.

Panoramic Terrace
The tour concludes on the panoramic terrace, one of the most evocative spaces in the palace. From here, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of Gallipoli, stretching from the crystal-clear sea to the domes of baroque churches.
