Villa Isolani is a historic residence in Ozzano dell'Emilia in the province of Bologna; the neoclassical Villa has 6 frescoed rooms in Pompeian style that can accommodate up to 200 people standing and an external tensile structure of 319 square meters with a capacity of additional 400 seats.

In the park of the Villa there is a large tensile structure which, in the milder periods, is the perfect location for weddings, private receptions e gala dinners in addition to conferences , congresses and conferences in the green relax of the Bolognese countryside at 14 km from the city center.

The history of Villa Isolani

Villa Isolani, formerly Palazzo Pasi, as evidenced by the Catasto Boncompagni of the year 1784, was rebuilt following the entrance to Bologna, in the 1805, by Napoleon Bonaparte and with him of his garrisons and his court.

It was to Count Tattini, Commander of the National Guard, who were entrusted with the properties of the locality Ozzano di Sotto. These commissioned not only the restoration of the Villa, from which it derives its current appearance with two smaller wings on the sides, but also a new project for the park. The Count called in Italy a famous French architect, who transformed the solemn and classic garden of the Eighteenth-century Bolognese villa, in an exquisite example of Romantic Park about 7 hectares and a half. It is characterized by small wooded areas with sinuous and hidden paths, thus recreating angles of artificially wild and scenic nature, which you can still admire today, the perfect setting for weddings and receptions.
