• Ground Floor (Available year-round): The heart of the home. It features a large, perfectly equipped kitchen with a monumental fireplace, perfect for convivial dinners, a living room with a fireplace ideal for relaxation, and the historic wood-paneled “stua.” The sleeping area on this floor includes quiet, atmospheric rooms with period furnishings, including the master suite and connecting rooms. This floor features two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.
• First Floor (Available from May to September): During the milder months, the Palace’s living space expands with the opening of the frescoed halls. This level features an additional bathroom for the guests’ convenience.
• Facilities and Heating: Thermal comfort is guaranteed year-round by central heating, complementing the charm of the stove and fireplaces located in the shared living spaces.
• Summer Climate: Thanks to its thick 16th-century walls, the Palace enjoys natural coolness, ensuring a pleasant temperature even during the summer months.

Exclusive Outdoor Areas: Booking the Palace guarantees the reserved and private use of the two internal courtyards and the garden. These areas are equipped with a table under the pergola and a barbecue area, offering an oasis of total outdoor privacy.

The Granary (Il Granaio) is a bright retreat located on the second floor of the residence. This completely independent unit is ideal for those seeking a secluded stay with a privileged view of the Alpine landscape.

Internal Layout:

• Living Spaces: The residence has been masterfully converted from the ancient agricultural spaces of the Palace. It features a living area with an equipped kitchen and dining room, a cozy and quiet double bedroom, and a separate lounge with a sofa bed (120×195).
• Facilities and Comfort: The unit is equipped with air conditioning, essential for ensuring maximum thermal comfort on the top floor. It features a modern bathroom with a shower and includes a washing machine, providing full independence even for longer stays.
• Location: Situated on the top level of the building, the apartment enjoys extraordinary natural light in every room.

Exclusive Outdoor Area:

• The Panoramic Loggia: The true heart of the unit is the stunning private loggia. This is an outdoor space for exclusive use, overlooking the rooftops of the ancient village and offering an open view of the Valtellina Alps—perfect for al-fresco breakfasts or relaxing at sunset.

Note on Access: To ensure maximum privacy for all units, guests of The Granary have the loggia as their own private and exclusive outdoor space. Access to the internal courtyards and the Palace garden is not included in this accommodation, as those areas are reserved exclusively for guests of the main Palace unit.
