We are inside one of the most famous Neapolitan Baroque palaces: Palazzo Carafa di Maddaloni (17th century, architect Cosimo Fanzago). Duke Cesare d’Avalos erected this building in 1580; after several expansions and changes of ownership, in 1656 it was purchased by Diomede Carafa, the Duke of Maddaloni, who entrusted architect Cosimo Fanzago with the renovation and embellishment.

The apartment is meticulously designed down to the last detail. Its location is extremely strategic: we are in the heart of the historic center, at the intersection of the famous Spaccanapoli and Via Toledo (the main shopping street). Everything is easily accessible on foot or by funicular/metro, both just minutes from the apartment.

The apartment consists of a single space with a mezzanine, featuring a king-size bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and two armchairs. The open space features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining table, wardrobe, and a comfortable double sofa bed. If the sofa is requested as a second bed, an additional fee will be charged.

It is a studio apartment with a mezzanine level for a king-size bed. The lower level has a kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, dining table, and bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
