Besides Castel del Monte, to the big ones cathedrals, to the picturesque trulli and to the expanses of ancient olive trees, there is a Puglia that still survives, unchanged over the centuries, linked to families who have been able to preserve their traditions. It will be possible to admire one messapic tomb in a private garden of Lecce, have breakfast with cheeses produced in one fortified farm inhabited by peasants, to be received in one castle of Salento or in one convent on the sea that since the eighteenth century hosted famous travelers. One of our itineraries in Puglia:
