Cancellation Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Booking Confirmation<\/strong>
    All bookings made through our platform are subject to the approval of the selected historic property’s owner.
    \u2022 The owner has up to 24 hours from receiving the request to accept or reject the booking.
    \u2022 If the owner does not respond within 24 hours, the booking is automatically considered confirmed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Cancellation by the User<\/strong>
    Once the booking and related payment are completed, the booking is considered final and non-refundable.
    \u2022 No refunds are granted in case of cancellation by the user, for any reason, including personal withdrawal, unforeseen events, or changes in travel plans.
    \u2022 By making a booking, the user explicitly agrees to these strict cancellation conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Cancellation by the Owner<\/strong>
    If the owner is unable to guarantee the planned hospitality (e.g., due to overbooking, structural issues, or serious personal problems), the booking may be canceled, and the user will be entitled to:
    \u2022 A full refund of the amount paid, or
