Nestled amidst grapefruit orchards, Villa Cefaly Pandolphi was constructed at the end of the 18th century and was originally used as a hunting lodge.

Every era has left its distinctive mark in this Villa, including the hexagonal tiles in shades of grey, red and black on the exquisite ancient floors, and the wooden ceilings adorned with frescoes. It is all too easy to conjure up a vision of the family furnishings and artifacts framed by portraits of their ancestors, positioned now as they were centuries ago.

The Cefaly family is renowned for its contributions to the arts, religious leadership and public service. Antonio Cefaly was Vice President of the Senate from 1890 to 1920. He was an advisor to statesman Giovanni Giolitti, and a close friend of the King of Italy (the epitaph on his tomb was written by Benedetto Croce).

Visiting this historical residence, you can experience the lifestyle of the noble families across the centuries, while the present owners, Don Perfetto and Donna Anna Maria Cefaly Pandolphi, continue to proudly preserve and uphold these traditions.
