The Castello di Sanfrè is a vast and intricate complex of buildings situated on the edge of a plateau overlooking the Cuneo plain, in the Piedmont subregion known as Roero.

The history of Castello di Sanfrè
Constructed between the XIV and XVIII centuries by the Isnardi family, a wealthy banking dynasty from Asti, the Castle was later connected to the House of Savoy and became an integral part of the high court nobility until it became extinct in 1770. It then passed to Portuguese cousins who in fact only collected income from the extensive lands without residing there. The current owners now live at the property and, in addition, have undertaken a restoration project over the last 50 years as well as providing the services listed below.

The multifunctional hall (formerly a stable) has 100-120 seats, another hall which ca seat 70 guests, and a smaller hall suitable for buffets for up to 50 standing guests.
