The earliest records of Palazzo Spinola-Millelire date back to the 16th century. It was renovated by Claudio Spinola in 1624, as noted on the slate inscription above the entrance portal.
Palazzo Millelire was further expanded in the 19th century by the Albini Millelire family, who added two additional floors, giving the building its current appearance.
