    Cancellation Policies

    1. Booking Confirmation
      All bookings made through our platform are subject to the approval of the selected historic property’s owner.
      • The owner has up to 2 hours from receiving the request to accept or reject the booking.
      • If the owner does not respond within 2 hours, the booking is automatically considered confirmed.

    2. Cancellation by the User
      Once the booking and related payment are completed, the booking is considered final and non-refundable.
      • No refunds are granted in case of cancellation by the user, for any reason, including personal withdrawal, unforeseen events, or changes in travel plans.
      • By making a booking, the user explicitly agrees to these strict cancellation conditions.

    3. Cancellation by the Owner
      If the owner is unable to guarantee the planned hospitality (e.g., due to overbooking, structural issues, or serious personal problems), the booking may be canceled, and the user will be entitled to:
      • A full refund of the amount paid, or
      • Rescheduling the stay, if possible, subject to mutual agreement between the parties.
