Fermo, on a hill, 7km from the sea and splendid beaches where you can sunbathe and swim. A small Italian art city, among timeless alleys made with river stone, where you can walk and think. Palazzo Romani Adami: a place to live

It is a national monument, it is a palace village from the 1700s. 4000 square meters (2,500 internal and 1,500 external) with eighteenth-century and Art Nouveau furnishings, medieval and ancient Roman remains, frescoed halls, terraces, courtyards, patios, gardens.

It is a bright oasis of silence and beauty in the center of the small art city of Fermo.

The complex is divided into two bodies from different eras: the part overlooking Corso Cavour dates back to the eighteenth century; the oldest part, however, with medieval structures and remains of Roman origin, is open at the back towards the small river cobblestone streets, which allow you to go up to the Cathedral on foot.

The monumental part of the PALACE, located on the main facade, was accessed on special occasions such as family celebrations and celebrations and receptions of the aristocracy and authorities: entrance hall, monumental entrance to the palace, the enormous, bright eighteenth-century gallery with arches and balcony painted, the living rooms, the ballroom.

Then, the entire part (village or AGRICULTURAL BUILDING) dedicated in the past to the transformation and sale of agricultural commodities is intact: Granary, Barn, Salata, Apple Room, Woodshed, Stable, 5 warehouses on the main street to sell the products (including c 'there were a bakery and a restaurant until the 90s of the last century): from here you can access the pre-Roman caves under the Palace. Finally, the Historic and Monumental Cuisine: the soul of the building and beloved by all, friends and tourists, Italians and foreigners.

Today the building is a charming historic residence, it is a village with 11 units with independent entrance: its spaces, in faithful respect of history, are available to guests from all over the world for temporary stays, ideally aimed at those who love beauty , art, history.

The Palace is located a short distance from the magnificent Piazza del Popolo or Piazza Grande (seat of the Government and today of the city institutions) and from Piazzetta, the hub of the popular neighborhoods in the Middle Ages.
